How we work with parents​

• We use an app and website called Baby’s Days for various information including nappy changes, the menu for the week, development updates, contracts, policies, permissions and invoices 

• We send daily pictures to parents/carers via WhatsApp and give daily verbal updates

• We host a summer picnic with the BSK team, parents/carers and the Bright Stars Kids

• We have a Christmas performance each year followed by cake and an opportunity for the team and families to get to know each other better

• We have parents/carers meetings twice a year to discuss their child’s development

• We put pictures of our activities on our Bright Stars Kids Facebook and Instagram pages

• We send a monthly newsletter
